Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Klimatisiertes, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Could the hotel consider providing slippers as the tiled bathroom floor is very cold especially at night ? Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there very much.

We were very pleased with our stay , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is very close to the Naschmarket, which we loved. We would stay in this hotel on our next visit to Vienna with out a second thought.

Wir übernachten regelmaessig im Hotel Mercure Secession und haben ausnahmslos positive Erfahrungen. Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Rezeption/Empfang schnell und höflich, unsere "Sonderwünsche" (Babybett, heisses Wasser für Babynahrung,....) für unseren Sohn werden immer freundlich erfüllt, die Zimmer sind sehr geraeumig und ruhig. Seit 5 Jahren ist das Hotel immer unsere erste Wahl bei Wienbesuchen.

This is the second time we satay at the Mercure Secession Wien. The best palce if you want to visit Wien. Easy to find the underground. Wery close to the Hofburg. The Hotel is clean and quiet. Very good breakfast and my personal favorite is the "bath duck" in the bathroom :) Enjoy....

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und wirklich sehr beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem Ambiente überhaupt. Wir werden sicher wieder in einem Mercure wohnen.

Superb staff -- very accomodating. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in rooms. Spacious and beautiful room, with very comfortable bed. Gorgeous view of the Secession building from my room. Very quiet in the evening. No street noise. Close proximity to Wein and Co, a lovely wine shoppe/wine bar in the block. Very convenient to Karlsplatz underground lines. Outstanding customer service/front-desk staff.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen. Als Ausgangspunkt für eine Wien-Reise ist Ihr Hotel perfekt gelegen, das Zimmer war schön groß, das Frühstück super, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden, zumal wir diesmal in den Genuss eines "privilege"-Zimmers kamen. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Wir schätzen auch sehr die angenehme + ruhige Atmosphäre beim (äusserst reichhaltigen) Frühstücksbuffet, da keine Gruppen im Hotel wohnen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Good hotel for a reasonable price, considering you are very close to the center of Vienna.(5 min walk) Rooms are clean, quiet and you can have a good breakfast. Personal is friendly.

Rersonal sehr zuvorkommend. Lage des Hotels sehr günstig. Viele private Ziele sehr leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Zimmer ansprechend und gemütlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok.

Langsam entwickle ich mich zum Stammgast in Merure Hotels. Der Aufenthalt im Mercure Secession hat weiter dazu beigetragen. Spitzenlage, die Innensatdt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und das wichtigste: ein superfreundliches Personal. Die nächsten Buchungen, allerdings leider nicht in Wien, sind schon gemacht.

The Staff, the room and the food, all was wonderful. Check in and out real fast, the rooms were very clean and the bed very confortable, the breakfast had everything and all was very good. The location is great, you can walk to all of the attractions and many great restaurants nearby.

good place and good hospitality, particularly x our dog. the hotel is in a good position, near ring, karlpatz matro stop and also near the naschmarkt where is possible to eat in very nice restaurant. we have a very good Holliday

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo as principais atrações turísticas da cidade. O quarto é amplo, limpo e bem climatizado. O café da manhã é bem completo. A atenção dos atendentes é ótima. esclarecem dúvidas e tomam providências imediatamente. Um dos atendentes, de nome Johanes, é um exemplo positivo de atenção ao cliente. Um dos melhores custos benefícios que eu já encontrei. Muito bom mesmo, vale a pena.

Super Service (sofortiges upgrade des Zimmers , da Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte) sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, super Lage zur Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Hotel Mercure Secession.
