"Wonderful experience, starting with check in. Very helpful, with lots of information and suggestions. The room (apartment) was fantastic. Lots of space, a small kitchen area. Very comfortable. I'm always skeptical about a sofa bed, but this was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on. It's as good as a regular bed. Location was perfect, near museums, opera, and transit. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The perfect choice for us. Easy access to everything in the city, and very comfortable room. I usually turn of air conditioners, but in this hotel it was placed so that no cold wind hit the bed. This allowed us to keep it running during night, and made the stay very comfortable even in the extremely hot weather we had. There's a good chance I'll book with them again for another visit i Vienna. Also very helpfull and friendly staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There are many good breakfast options in the area."
