Top location - decent rates The hotel is near Karlsplatz where you can catch various underground lines and in walking distance to the museums. We spent three nights in a standard double room which was pretty spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom had a barrier-free walk-in shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities and daily a bottle of mineral water. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily. Breakast cost €21 per person and offered all you could wish for - including Austrian cakes and sparkling wine if you wanted to indulge. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The only fly in the ointment was the lift. You had to insert your keycard before pressing the button of your desired floor. That didn't always work and left you wondering what to do next. Even a replacement card didn't do the trick.

Lovely hotel very close to everything you need. Four minutes walk from many restaurants and markets. Great new coffee shop opened up next door. Attentive and helpful staff and rooms were lovely and clean and quite big. We had a twin room and I found it quite roomy. Bathroom is clean with a little amenities pack.

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to old town, museums the lot. Rooms are spacious and quiet, bed was comfortable. The concierge was excellent wealth of information.The market nearby was amazing for food, wine restaurants.Highly recommend this establishment

Best breakfasts on our entire trip!

Reception was suburb. Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with Vienna tourism attractions and getting around. Room was fabulous and clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to Vienna old town and close to tram system. In all, a fabulous stay in Vienna and at the Hotel Secession an der oper.

Wonderfully efficient and friendly staff, especially Pandora and Peter, who were extremely kind and helpful. Clean room with a nice modern bathroom, making for an overall very lovely stay. Location is also perfect!

I have been working in a hotel for many years. It is better the registration form to be more clear and for customers to fill only the necessary lines. Especially for the late arrivals

Lovely hotel, delightful staff. The only problem was with the shower. The curtain is too high and water got everywhere! I also think the shower drain was not draining properly.otherwise, wonderful hotel.

Location, Comfort, friendliness of the staff, are the 3 things that I value most in a hotel, and in Vienna, all the good ones were met. If we return, we will repeat the experience, thank you
