Perfect location, and the rooms were ideal too. Lovely and warm though windows opened too. Bathroom was clean and , once again, great temperature. Would highly recommend for a city break. Staff very friendly.

The location, the room and the breakfast are really good!

Just one small thing: the mattresses were a little soft, but otherwise a lovely room, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience, starting with check in. Very helpful, with lots of information and suggestions. The room (apartment) was fantastic. Lots of space, a small kitchen area. Very comfortable. I'm always skeptical about a sofa bed, but this was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on. It's as good as a regular bed. Location was perfect, near museums, opera, and transit. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room at Hotel Secession was excellent, modern, very clean and very spacious. The breakfast at the hotel however was modest and in an individual case not dayfresh.

The perfect choice for us. Easy access to everything in the city, and very comfortable room. I usually turn of air conditioners, but in this hotel it was placed so that no cold wind hit the bed. This allowed us to keep it running during night, and made the stay very comfortable even in the extremely hot weather we had. There's a good chance I'll book with them again for another visit i Vienna. Also very helpfull and friendly staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There are many good breakfast options in the area.

Excellent location, easy walk to all the main sites. Large room, freshly decorated and very clean. Super helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Nothing fancy but a quite large clean comfortable quiet room at a reasonable price in an excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kunst-Historisches Museum and the Staatsoper. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again .

Top location - decent rates The hotel is near Karlsplatz where you can catch various underground lines and in walking distance to the museums. We spent three nights in a standard double room which was pretty spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom had a barrier-free walk-in shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities and daily a bottle of mineral water. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily. Breakast cost €21 per person and offered all you could wish for - including Austrian cakes and sparkling wine if you wanted to indulge. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The only fly in the ointment was the lift. You had to insert your keycard before pressing the button of your desired floor. That didn't always work and left you wondering what to do next. Even a replacement card didn't do the trick.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The staff does an excellent job at maintaining a low key atmosphere.

Lovely hotel very close to everything you need. Four minutes walk from many restaurants and markets. Great new coffee shop opened up next door. Attentive and helpful staff and rooms were lovely and clean and quite big. We had a twin room and I found it quite roomy. Bathroom is clean with a little amenities pack.
