"Top location - decent rates The hotel is near Karlsplatz where you can catch various underground lines and in walking distance to the museums. We spent three nights in a standard double room which was pretty spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom had a barrier-free walk-in shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities and daily a bottle of mineral water. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily. Breakast cost €21 per person and offered all you could wish for - including Austrian cakes and sparkling wine if you wanted to indulge. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The only fly in the ointment was the lift. You had to insert your keycard before pressing the button of your desired floor. That didn't always work and left you wondering what to do next. Even a replacement card didn't do the trick."

"Lovely hotel very close to everything you need. Four minutes walk from many restaurants and markets. Great new coffee shop opened up next door. Attentive and helpful staff and rooms were lovely and clean and quite big. We had a twin room and I found it quite roomy. Bathroom is clean with a little amenities pack."
